The Power of Gratitude

What are you grateful for?

 
– With the holidays coming up, and the year coming to an end, it’s a perfect time to think back and reflect on the year. So this time of year is a great time to think about what you are grateful for. Also, a continuous practice of being grateful shows that it has multiple benefits too, both socially and on your physical health. Many famous and successful people have incorporated the practice of daily gratitude into their life and have benefited from it.
 
– There’s many ways to practice daily gratitude, some people prefer journals, others prefer to write thank you letters. All are great ways to practice gratitude.
I have created a journal that has an easy to use template to help record daily gratitude.
 
 
One of my favorite things about gratitude journals is going back and reading it months later.
 
Taking the time to remember and appreciate all the good things in your life is a wonderful gift.
